How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
Do you take insurance? How will I know if services are covered under my policy?

Our mental health therapists are IN NETWORK with BCBS, Aetna, and United Healthcare, but this does not guarantee that your benefits cover services. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them:
We can provide you a good faith estimate if requested, prior to your first session.
What are my mental health benefits?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We can provide you a good faith estimate if requested, prior to your first session.
We DO NOT bill insurance for our auxiliary services (BCBA, LDT-C, and Speech evaluations and services), but upon request, we can provide you a superbill to send to insurance.
How can therapy help me or my child?
4
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to better understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For adults, it can help manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building healthier coping skills and improving overall well-being.
For children and adolescents, therapy supports emotional regulation, social skills, communication, and behavior. It can help with concerns such as anxiety, school difficulties, attention challenges, and developmental or behavioral issues. Therapy also gives children tools to express themselves in healthy ways and build confidence.
In a family-centered practice, we work collaboratively with caregivers to ensure progress extends beyond sessions—supporting growth at home, in school, and in everyday life.
What is your cancellation policy?
5
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure that appointment times are available for all clients in need of services.
If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation.

What makes you different?
7
We take an integrative, family-centered approach to care. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all therapy, we bring together professionals across disciplines to collaborate and tailor support to each client’s unique needs. This means your care is coordinated, personalized, and designed to support real-life progress at home, in school, and in the community.
